Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Create your account, confirm your email and start using the platform. When the trial ends you choose how to pay.
Do assistants count as clinicians?
No. The plan limit is on active clinicians (doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, aesthetics professionals). Assistant and front-desk accounts are unlimited.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrading charges only the difference for the time left; downgrading takes effect at your next renewal.
What happens if I stop paying?
You get 7 days of grace. After that the account becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but not create new data. Nothing is deleted.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The platform runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, and the patient portal installs as an app.
Is my data mine?
Yes. You can export your patients’ information, and each patient can request a copy of their data from their portal.
