General medicine
Notes, prescriptions and labs on the same screen as the visit
General medicine is the clinical base every OnTech Meds clinic starts with. You write the note, sign the prescription and order labs without leaving the visit. When you finish, the front desk gets a task to book the follow-up without seeing the clinical content.

Structured clinical note
Chief complaint, present illness, vital signs, exam, diagnoses, plan and follow-up. A note is signed once; if needed, you add an addendum without changing what was signed.
Vital signs with BMI
BP, HR, RR, temperature, SpO₂, blood glucose, weight and height. BMI is calculated for you and values outside the usual adult thresholds are highlighted.
ICD-11 diagnoses and problems
Search the WHO ICD-11, mark a diagnosis as presumptive or definitive, and keep a list of active and resolved problems next to the patient history.
Prescriptions with drug reference
Drugs from the structured reference or as free text, with alerts for allergies, interactions, duplicates, contraindications, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Labs
Lab orders as PDF, manual entry by panel with units and reference ranges, out-of-range flags, trends per analyte and the original report attached.
Referrals with consent
Refer with a reason, priority and scope. With the patient’s consent, only what they authorized is shared; a doctor outside the platform gets a PDF letter.
What happens on its own
- When you sign the visit, the front desk gets a task to book the follow-up on the suggested date, without seeing the note.
- The prescription checks the chart as you type and flags allergies, interactions, pregnancy and breastfeeding; a controlled drug stops the signature.
- Lab values outside the reference range are flagged as they are entered.
- If the specialist has not sent the return note 14 days after the first visit, they get a reminder.
What the patient receives
- Prescription PDF with the clinic’s branding, in the patient’s language, with a verification QR code
- Secure prescription link by WhatsApp or email
- Lab order PDF
- Patient portal with prescriptions, lab orders and refill requests
