Dental chart, treatment plan and estimate connected to billing
You chart findings and treatments on an FDI odontogram that stores every change as an event, without overwriting the past. What you propose goes to the plan, the plan to the estimate, and completed work to billing when you sign the visit.

FDI dental chart
Permanent teeth 11–48 and primary teeth 51–85, occlusal, mesial, distal, buccal and lingual surfaces, findings to treat in red and existing work in blue. Dentition is suggested by age.
Procedure catalog
Prevention, restorative, endodontics, periodontics, surgery, prosthetics, implants, orthodontics and more, by mouth, tooth or surface. Add your own.
Phased plan
Urgent, basic, rehabilitation, aesthetic and maintenance. Each item shows whether it is proposed, estimated, accepted or done.
Estimate and billing
Build the estimate from plan items. When you sign the visit, completed work is billed and closes the matching plan item.
Dental lab work
Crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, inlays, retainers and night guards, with lab, teeth, sent date and promised date.
Images by tooth
Periapical, bitewing, panoramic and photos linked to teeth, plus an orthodontic follow-up note at each visit.
What happens on its own
- After a prophylaxis, scaling or root planing, the next recall is proposed in months.
- When the recall is due, the patient gets a reminder to book and the front desk sees the task.
- If lab work does not arrive by the promised date, the front desk gets a task to follow up.
- Patients with an accepted treatment and no next appointment show up in the Inbox until they book or finish.
- When you sign the visit, completed procedures are billed without entering them again.
What the patient receives
- Treatment estimate as PDF and in the patient portal
- Payment receipt PDF
Who it is for
