Ophthalmology
Visual acuity, IOP and lens prescriptions per eye, with recalls that stick
You record each eye using the notation your clinic prefers: Snellen in feet or meters, or decimal. Visual acuity and pressure are charted across visits. The lens prescription starts from the refraction and is issued when you sign.

What happens on its own
- When you mark glaucoma, diabetes or post-cataract surgery, the recall is scheduled (every 6, 12 and 1 month by default; the clinic adjusts it).
- When the recall is due, the patient gets a notice to book and the front desk sees the task in the Inbox.
- IOP above the clinic’s threshold is highlighted as you type it.
- The lens prescription is prefilled from the exam refraction.
