The service
OnTech Meds is an online platform for running medical practices: scheduling, patient communication, billing, the clinical note and specialty modules. Clinical decisions always belong to the clinician.
Account and team
Whoever signs up the practice is its administrator and is responsible for the accounts they create. Each person uses their own account and protects their password and two-step verification.
Trial, plans and payments
The free trial lasts as long as the plan states. After that, the subscription is charged in advance monthly or yearly according to the plan and add-ons.
If a payment is overdue there are 7 days of grace; after that the account becomes read-only until paid. No data is deleted for non-payment.
Price changes apply from the next renewal, with prior notice.
Practice data
The data a practice records belongs to the practice and its patients. The practice is responsible for having its patients’ consent and complying with the rules of its country.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages, to try to access other practices’ data or to disrupt its operation.
Liability
We do what is reasonable to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. OnTech Solutions’ liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Termination
The practice can stop using the service at any time and export its information. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
