Fitzpatrick skin type, Glogau scale, skin type, conditions such as melasma or acne, goals and history such as isotretinoin, anticoagulants or herpes.
Alerts before treating
Conflicts between the procedure and the profile, including pregnancy and breastfeeding, show up as alerts you confirm. They are fixed rules and do not block.
Injectables by area
Toxin, hyaluronic acid, biostimulators, threads and more, in U, ml, syringes or vials on an area map. You can look up which patients received a given lot.
Devices and protocols
Laser, IPL, radiofrequency, HIFU, cryolipolysis or microneedling with fluence, pulse, spot, energy or temperature per session, and protocols tied to a package.
Clinical photos
Standard views (front, obliques, profiles, smile and detail), before-and-after comparison and a separate, recorded consent for marketing use.
Adverse events
Bruising, nodules, ptosis, burns and more, with severity and treatment. Suspected vascular occlusion is always marked as urgent.
What happens on its own
- When you apply toxin or filler, the follow-up and the repeat are scheduled with the clinic’s time frames.
- When a repeat is due, the patient gets a reminder to book and the front desk sees the task.
- After signing, the patient receives aftercare instructions in their language, if the clinic turns it on.
- What was applied is billed by quantity on signing; sessions in a package are not billed separately.
- An urgent adverse event immediately creates a follow-up task.
