A practice holds sensitive information. The platform was designed from the start to protect it, with rules that do not depend on anyone’s goodwill.

Each practice, isolated
The database separates each practice with row-level access rules. No query can read another practice’s data.
Clinical data, encrypted
Notes, prescriptions, results and sensitive personal data are encrypted before they are stored, on top of encryption in transit.
Two-step verification
Every access to clinical information requires a verification code from the person’s phone.
Audit log
Every clinical access and every sensitive action is logged, and that log cannot be edited or deleted.
Only what is needed
The front desk sees the schedule, billing and tasks, never the clinical note. Each clinician sees the specialties they practice.
Patient consent
Consent is recorded with its date. Referring to another practice requires the patient’s authorization and can be revoked.
