Dermatology
Body map of lesions with ABCDE, photos and biopsy follow-up
Each lesion is marked once on the map, front or back, and reassessed at every visit. The system compares its size with the previous assessment and shows which ABCDE criteria are new; the diagnosis is yours.

Body map
Front and back body regions, oriented to the patient’s side. Each lesion keeps its full assessment history.
Lesion assessment
Primary lesion type, largest diameter in mm, color, dermoscopic pattern and ABCDE checklist. Above 6 mm, the D is suggested.
Progress photos
Clinical and dermoscopic photos per lesion, taken during the visit or added later from the chart.
Biopsies and pathology
Punch, shave, incisional or excisional, with consent. The result is recorded by category, with margins and the full report attached.
Procedures
Cryotherapy, electrosurgery, excision, shave removal, curettage and injection. Higher-risk ones require consent and all link to the price list.
Skin type and general exam
Fitzpatrick skin type and an exam of skin, appendages and mucosa in the visit note.
What happens on its own
- A watched lesion that grows or gains ABCDE criteria is flagged for your review.
- If a biopsy has no result within the clinic’s time limit, the front desk gets a task to follow up with the lab.
- When a mole check is due, the patient gets a notice to book and the front desk sees the task.
- On signing, the biopsy and procedures performed are billed from the price list.
What the patient receives
- WhatsApp or email notice when their biopsy result is ready
Who it is for
