Calorie needs, exchange-based meal plans and regular check-ins with reminders
Weight and height come from the vital signs; you add waist, hip and body composition. Energy needs and servings are calculated with fixed formulas and you make the call. The plan is delivered as a PDF, by secure link and in the patient portal.
