WHO growth charts
Weight, length or height, head circumference and BMI for age, using the 2006 standards (0 to 5 years) and 2007 references (5 to 19), with the LMS method.
Preterm infants and feeding
Perinatal data and corrected age up to 2 years for babies born before 37 weeks. Feeding: exclusive breastfeeding, mixed, formula or complementary.
Developmental milestones
Social, language, cognitive and motor by age, based on Learn the Signs. Act Early. (CDC and AAP, 2022). Mark achieved, not yet or to review.
Vaccination programs
Create and adjust your programs from a country’s schedule, the WHO template or from scratch. Changing a program does not alter doses already recorded.
Doses given
Each dose with date, lot and place given, and its status: given, due, upcoming or overdue.
Weight-based dosing
In the prescription you set mg/kg per dose, the weight and a maximum; the dose in mg, and in ml with the concentration, is calculated for you.
What happens on its own
- When a child is due for a vaccine, the parent or guardian gets a reminder to book and the front desk sees the task.
- Well-child visits follow the ages your clinic sets and remind the parent or guardian when each one is due.
- Percentile, z-score and the WHO reference classification are calculated as measurements are recorded.
